Dr. Shannon Daneshrad is a Registered Psychological Assistant (PSB94024192) who provides individual and couples psychotherapy under the supervision of Paula E. Bruce, Ph.D. (PSY16248). She received her Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University. Dr. Daneshrad has experience working with a wide range of clients (children, teens and adults) in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, intimacy, ASD, ADHD, and relational issues. She has a particular interest in working with teens and adults struggling with issues including family conflict, dating/marriage, separation/divorce, bereavement, workplace issues, and life transitions. Dr. Daneshrad’s approach is aimed at finding underlying causes to symptoms that will help the client attain a deeper connection. She is fluent in both English and Farsi.
